I really like winter but it brings a few skin inconveniences. Unless you belong to the lucky few, you probably know what I'm talking about when I say words like "chapped", "scaly" and "heels". That's the neem oil in it and it's basically like creaming your feet with smelly cheese. However, it's so worth it and you'll notice the difference almost immediatelly. Supplies 30 g of coconut oil 30 g of neem oil 15 g of lanolin water-free 10 g of beeswax ointment container How to Make the Ointment for Dry Chapped Heels Place all the ingredients in a cup and melt them in a water bath. Mix them a little, let the mixture cool down and pour it into the container. Let it cool down completely and put it in the fridge for a while so the ointment can solidify. How to Use the Ointment Use the ointment after a bath or shower and preferably at night. Put a generous amount of the ointment on the chapped area and put on some old socks. Old because they will smell like the neem oil (however, it will wash off). Give your feet this treatment over night or at least for a few hours and as often as you want.
