Today I’d like to share a simple recipe with you for a change. It’s a healthy fruit cup but sweet and full of flavor at the same time. I myself like the Czech cuisine which means desserts which are anything but soft in their flavor. And unlike my family, I have a sweet tooth and I hardly know when to stop, that’s why I’m so fond of recipes for desserts that don’t make me feel guilty. Moreover, this one is good for the kids, so it’s a win-win:)
You will need (for 1 cup):
– 50g of millet
– 1,5 spoonfull of honey
– 1 levelled spoon of cocoa
– 1 levelled spoon of grated coconut
– canned fruit and 60 ml of its juice – I use peaches, cherries, sour cherries and raspberries
– gelatin
It’s very simple:
Rinse the millet and cook it for 15 minutes in double amount of water. Let it dry off properly, even overnight if you want to.

Mix with honey, cocoa and coconut.

Using a spoon form a small hump.

Now using the same spoon flatten the middle until you create a kind of a bowl.

Fill it with chopped fruit and be generous 😉

Let the cup sit in the fridge for a while. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package using 60ml of the fruit juice.

When the gelatin starts to sit, pour it over the fruit. Leave the finished cup rest in the fridge for a while and then bon apetit!
